We’ve all heard of an agent going “above any beyond” the call of duty, but in the case of AnnKirkwood from the Hoover office, I think it is especially true.  Ann recently worked with an incoming transferee whose wife was confined to a wheelchair.  Taking the initiative to measure doors and rooms, take photos and videos of homes, research areas, previewing existing and new home construction for the possibility of adapting to wheelchair accessibility, were just a few of the services Ann provided to make their move possible By keeping in constant contact with the wife who was unable to travel here for the usual house hunting process, Ann provided valuable information to help make her decision for the perfect home.  Both the Transferee and his wife were extremely appreciative of Ann’s diligent work; and so are we in the Relocation Department.
